🚚 Dispatch & Delivery Timelines

• Orders dispatched within 48 hours (excluding Sundays & national holidays)
• Metro Cities: 3–5 working days
• Within Uttar Pradesh (large parcels): ~3 working days
• Other Indian States: 4–7 working days
• Remote Areas: 7–9 working days
• International Orders: 10–24 working days

📍 Tracking details are shared via WhatsApp & Email after dispatch.

💸 Shipping Charges

• Free Shipping across India (Prepaid & COD)
• International shipping calculated at checkout based on destination & weight

❌ Cancellations & Delivery Rejections

Orders cannot be cancelled once dispatched, as courier charges are prepaid.

• Frequent COD refusals may disable COD for future orders
• Prepaid refunds (if approved) will deduct 10% for transaction & handling
